A Team at the Ready
We’ve grown accustomed to the unexpected in eDiscovery. Stuff happens. Sometimes things need to get done really fast. We haven’t missed a deadline since we opened. And there have been some presented as Yesterday. Most often, we’re arriving early. We’re nuts about efficiency, but it’s our experience and know-how that helps us beat most deadlines. A couple years ago, a client was washing his turkey on Thanksgiving morning. Suddenly, he dropped the bird in the sink as he realized he had forgotten to do some crucial things the day before in preparation for some meetings that were starting at 8:00AM on Monday. While not ideal for him or for us, we helped him through the panic of finding what he needed. These things don’t happen every day, but they do make for good stories, especially if you’re willing to answer the cry for help.
