Our community means the world to us
Our Responsibility
Why do we see service to our community as important? We have opportunities and blessings in this country that go far beyond what some people in the world experience; far beyond what they may even think is possible. It’s those people who have the least that we have the greatest compassion for. Our charity partners are focused on the toughest of the tough situations. One is local in Minneapolis and one is international. Both concentrate their efforts on the people who have the greatest need. There’s benefit allowing our staff to engage directly in these efforts. As it turns out, everyone wants to serve; everyone wants to help in some way. Serving as a corporation ends up being important in all directions: those who need it, get it. Our staff get to enjoy the gratification that results from serving. I’ve never witnessed someone come out of a serving opportunity and say, “Well that was a waste of time.”

Local Partner
Their Mission: Urban Ventures works alongside 70 local partners to address opportunity gaps in academics, nutrition, physical activity, parenting resources, and more—all with the overarching goal to prepare and send every youth in our neighborhood to college or postsecondary education.
International Partner
World Vision is a global humanitarian organization. They partner with children, families, and their communities to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice. Today World Vision is helping more than 3.5 million children in nearly 100 countries.
We can influence others to join in. Every small effort can make a huge difference.
